Meet Emma Browning, L.Ac., FABORM, CFMP

Licensed Acupuncturist | Fellow of the Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Board of Reproductive Medicine | Institute of Functional Medicine Certified Practitioner

I’m Emma Browning, and I’m passionate about helping individuals and couples achieve their dream of becoming parents. It brings me immense joy to be part of such a personal and meaningful journey. My approach is rooted in nurturing, education, and empowerment—ensuring my patients feel informed and supported as active participants in their health journey.

I discovered acupuncture while studying at UC Santa Cruz, where I earned a Bachelor’s degree in American Studies and History of Visual Art and Culture. After experiencing profound benefits from Chinese medicine in addressing my own health challenges, I was inspired to share its healing potential with others.

Education

I completed my Master’s degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine at Yo San University in Los Angeles. From there, I began my practice in North Carolina, focusing on women’s health, and later moved to Colorado, where I worked in a multidisciplinary office. During this time, I expanded my expertise in balancing hormones and supporting reproductive health through additional training, including certification from Functional Medicine University.

As a Fellow of the American Board of Oriental Reproductive Medicine (FABORM), I hold advanced knowledge and the highest standards of competency in both Western and Oriental Reproductive Medicine.

Outside the Clinic

When I’m not helping patients, I stay balanced by spending time with my daughter, experimenting with fresh, seasonal recipes from the local farmer’s market, and enjoying the outdoors in Long Beach.
